Common failures and what they actually mean.
A command says a module is disabled
The module switch is per server. Run /config view to see which modules are off, then /config modules module:automod enabled:true or use the dashboard.
The bot cannot act on a member
Check role order: the Lyx role must be above the target highest role, and above any role it is trying to assign. Discord enforces this even for the server owner.
Nothing appears in the log channel
Confirm /logging status shows a channel and logging is enabled. Then check the bot can View Channel, Send Messages and Embed Links there. The event switch for that specific event may also be off.
Level-up messages never appear
Leveling may be off, the level-up message may be off, or the configured channel may be missing. The bot falls back to the channel where the member talked only when no channel is set.
The dashboard shows no servers
You need Manage Server (or ownership) on a server where the bot is present. If the bot was just invited, reload after a minute; the guild list is cached for 60 seconds.
